How can I start my order?

Monday – Saturday 11am – 5pm
Can I place an order without coming in?
Yes! You can start your order by calling us at 253-839-8940 or emailing us your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we confirm your order details we’ll take payment for your order over the phone and then set up your pickup time! Please have your credit card information available in order to do an over-the-phone order.
Do I need to wear a mask?
If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you do not need to wear a mask in our store, but please do have your vaccination card available for us to check. All of our employees are fully vaccinated and will also not be wearing masks moving forward unless current government guidelines change.
Can I have my order made today?
If we have the items in stock ready to print, we can usually make the order for you while you wait or the same day depending on the quantity of items in your order! Call us at 253-839-8940 and we can give you an estimated pick-up time based on your order details.
Is my order ready?
We guarantee that your orders will be made by your designated due date. If it is done any earlier, we will make sure to give you a call. If you’d like to check on the status of your order with one of our printers, call us at 253-839-1153.
Can I bring in my own shirts to have printed?
Yes you can! We also have special printing prices for when you provide your own tees, so make sure to ask us about pricing.
What shirt sizes do you have available?
We keep infant sizes 6 months to 4 Toddler, youth sizes extra small to extra large and adult sizes small to 6x in stock in large quantities in black, white and gray at all times.
Do you have colored shirts available for same day pickup?
Yes, we keep red, royal blue, green, and navy in stock in limited sizes and quantities. Feel free to call us to find out more.
Can I order any t-shirt brand or color?
Yes, you can, we can help you find the specific brand and colors you are looking for and then order them in for you. We also have samples available in store for you to look at and feel to see what shirts you like best.
Can I see a sample of my design before it’s printed?
Yes! If you have 1 item in your order, we can show you a digital sample before it is made. If you have a batch order, we will make you a physical sample to approve before your order is made!
What time can I pick up my shirts?
Unless you have specified a specific pick-up time, all orders are ready for pick up at 4:00 pm on the designated delivery date.
